Kilian Jornet publishes his 2025 Athlete Progress Report
This report provides insight into his carbon footprint, the criteria behind his decision-making, the work carried out through the Kilian Jornet Foundation, and the commitments he has made for the future.
In recent years, Kilian Jornet has publicly shared his carbon footprint. A necessary exercise, but one that did not fully capture the complexity of his real impact.
Because impact is not limited to travel or flights alone. It is also shaped by everyday decisions, by how the platform provided by sport is used, by the way partnerships are built and, above all, by the concrete actions that are taken.
That is why this year he presents his Athlete Progress Report: a broader and more thorough document that not only includes carbon footprint data, but also the criteria behind each trip, the work carried out through the Kilian Jornet Foundation, the changes being driven by NNormal, and the commitments made for the future.
This is not a perfect report, but an exercise in transparency. An invitation to talk about sustainability in sport from a place of reality — with its contradictions, difficult decisions and tangible actions — beyond marketing.
